In the first segment, Huntress's Annie Ballew will reveal how hackers gather firm information to craft an attack, present a live demo of how lawyers fall victim to a malicious email, and show what the hacker sees when they take control of your network. Next CGP's Dustin Bolander will walk you through securing your firm properly, from the fundamentals through advanced security.

Annie Ballew leads new product development @ Huntress, a leading breach detection & threat hunting service. Huntress has been on the cutting edge of new security incidents, and is often the first to discover new techniques and adversaries.

Annie helps Huntress’ partners (like Clear Guidance Partners) keep clients and networks secure. She previously worked at Cisco as an architect, and held a Cisco CCIE certification, their highest recognition of ability.

Dustin Bolander, CIO @ Clear Guidance Partners, a Legal Technology, Operations, and IT service provider.

Dustin focuses on the applications, technology strategy, compliance and risk for CGP’s client firms. He is often helping clients build their budgets or plan a practice management migration, and handles the majority of audit documentation from the firms’ clients. He has been a speaker at events for legal organizations, such as ALA, and DMS conferences such as M-Files’.
