CGP Supported Computer Models

CGP does not require clients to purchase equipment from a specific vendor, but it does require a certain base level of specifications for a computer to be supported. This list applies to desktop and laptop computers for users. Additionally, CGP’s management tools require certain software from the manufacturer that is only compatible with specific model lines.

Supported model lines:

• Dell: Latitude, Optiplex, Precision

• Lenovo: X, T, M, P series

• All computers must have a next business day business warranty, and CGP recommends laptops are ordered with drop and spill coverage

Minimum hardware requirements:

• Intel i5, i7, or i9 (AMD equivalents are acceptable)

• 8gb or more memory

• Solid state hard drive

• TPM 2.0 Chip

All computers must have Windows 10/11 Professional (not Home edition). If CGP needs to upgrade a computer from Home edition, there is a surcharge.
